Here are five key tips to help you get started and get the most from your coverage:
1. Access your Certificate of Insurance (COI) online – anytime
You should have received a secure link to our online certificate issuance portal. This gives you 24/7 access to generate your own COIs anytime you need them.
Need assistance logging in or issuing a certificate? Please email us at coi@giasure.com, and our team will be happy to help.
2. Prefer we handle the Certificate for you?
No problem. Just email your request to coi@giasure.com (available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET). Be sure to include:
Your company name and contact information
Full certificate holder details
Whether you need additional insured status
Most requests are processed within 5–10 minutes.
3. Making policy changes? We're here to help
Need to update a vehicle, add a driver, or adjust coverage?
Email info@giasure.com with the details and any supporting documents (e.g., licenses, registrations, invoices). Common updates include:
Swapping or adding vehicles
Updating liability limits
Adjusting for seasonal or temporary needs
Please note: All changes must be confirmed in writing to become effective.
4. Claims: what to do if something happens
If you need to file a claim, email us at claims@giasure.com with:
Your policy number
Date, time, and location of the incident
A brief description of what happened
Any relevant photos or videos
Tip: Document the scene as soon as possible—even if conditions aren't ideal.
5. Payment options
For billing questions or payment instructions, please contact billing@giasure.com.
We accept:
Zelle – billing@giasure.com or (855) 876-0717.
Usually, the deposits are received the same day.ACH Transfers – Email us for banking details.
